New blogs. New sites.

As a result of this silence, and as a result of emerging of Monkey Business, this blog is likely to go for a winter sleep (no matter it's a spring here. We've opened the first version of Monkey Business website at www.banana.fi Please have a look at it. A new blog can be found in here, it's called Monkey Academy, as the Chinese people called us at the SoL Global Forum in Muscat.

Ps. The Banana above is the base for our Business Card, as well as the sticker. We like it a lot. It was designed by our friend Lady My from Bilbao. She's part of the MyJok World, which by the way ain't small. We met her while we where working with Labein in Spain to help the local Team Academy to get started.

First picture for my blog

I realized that there were no pictures on my blog. And I claim to have photography as a hobby, and otherwise too I feel I am a visual guy. So the change is here!

We see doors. For me, door is a symbol for an opportunity. Something new. And also it's something unpredictable. Exciting. Because one can never be sure what's behind doors.

This picture is taken about two years ago during Team Academy's coaching program called CIF. It stands for Creative Intelligence and Flexibility. We were coached by LeTim. It was pioneering program aka. pilot. First and only. There hasn't been CIF 2. So we always remember it with special feelings. There are many stories to share about it.

Are you Creatively Intelligent and Flexible?

What is Team Academy? Team Entrepreneurship? Peter Senge comments.

Check what Peter Senge, one of the founders of the SoL and author of The Fifth Discipline, says about Team Academy and Team Entrepreneurship. He sent this video for the Team Academy's 15th Anniversary seminar: "The Success Story of Team Entrepreneurship." Yes the video can be viewed/downloaded here.

I hope you like it.

Last week I attended two seminar here in Jyväskylä region. One was for coaches and the other one for young entrepreneurial minded people called Aivomyrsky. What happened? Come back and see the next posts coming up soon.
